Crisis Management Consulting--FEI’s crisis management staff posses an average of 20 years professional experience. Emergency Management Planning and Drills
FEI’s experienced team of Crisis Managers can assist with the development and execution of your emergency plan. FEI has developed a specialized set of training modules to assist our clients in preparing their employees for a crisis.
Inbound/Outbound Call Center Services
FEI maintains a number of call centers throughout the US and Canada that can handle of volume of up to 3,000 call per hour. These call centers screen the calls to determine calls from persons directly affected by the incident. High probability callers are transferred to trained behavioral health professionals who provide assistance and relay important information.
Crisis Responder Training
FEI has developed a specialized set of training modules to assist our clients in preparing their employees for a crisis.
