James L. McGovern Scholarship Recipient

James Mirra from University of Scranton (PA) is the 2011 recipient of the James L. McGovern Scholarship and received a $750 scholarship. Mr. Mirra is responsible for the patrol of campus, coverage of special events, parking enforcement and traffic control. He is majoring in criminal justice.
