The Campus Law Enforcement Journal is published six times annually on a
bimonthly basis by the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators
(IACLEA).
IACLEA will print two issues of this year (January/February and July/August) and will publish the other four issues electronically. Digital issues will allow the use of color for no additional fee plus include links to your websites. Members are excited about receiving the information quicker directly to their computers/handhelds and other reading devices.

Position
All space reservations, including covers, will be strictly on a first-come, first
served basis. All space reservations must be made in writing. Telephone calls for
reservations will not be acceptable. Advertisers specifying special positions will be
accommodated where possible, subject to an extra charge of 15% for space - one page and
half pages only.

Terms and Conditions
- Terms: Pre-payment for advertising space required for
placement. Advance reservations will not be honored unless payment has been received for
previous advertising.
- Multiple Rate: advance reservation to place advertisements
in at least three issues in the next year.
- Yearly Rate: to place advertisements in all six issues in
the next year.
- The Campus Law Enforcement Journal reserves the right to
re-bill for previous advertisement if cancellations or modifications cause changes in
rates.
- Cancellation or changes are not possible after signing of
ad contract.
- All copy is subject to approval of publisher. Publisher
reserves right to reject any misleading or objectionable copy or to terminate this
contract at any time unless herewith noted to contrary
- Advertisers and agencies assume all responsibility and
liability for text, illustrations, etc. and for any errors in specific numbers or values
in advertisement copy
- All materials submitted will be held for future repeats.
- Holders of premium positions maintain the right of first
refusal provided that they reserve the position at least one issue in advance. Prior
holding of the position will carry no guarantee of future availability.
Advertising Contract
You are hereby authorized to insert
our advertisement in Campus Law Enforcement Journal to occupy _______page or more,
beginning with the issue of________________________for_______ insertions within one year
starting with first insertion under this contract. We hereby agree to pay therefore at the
rates and under the conditions. When new copy is not furnished
before closing dates, last ad is to be repeated, and if no copy is furnished, you are
authorized to prepare the same. It is understood that all agreements are contained herein
and that this contract becomes effective upon receipt and approval of the Campus Law
Enforcement Journal office.
