Will there be a pre-conference training?
Yes! On June 24, 2019, there will be a full-day pre-conference training focusing on emergency planning and preparedness. This training is an additional $79, and space is limited ($79 for members, $99 for non-members). Learn more here.

Can I add other items to my registration at a later date?
Yes! You can add on the pre-conference workshop or other conference activities after you purchase your conference registration by emailing email@example.com or calling (855) 442-2532.
I'm attending the conference with my family. Can they attend any parts of the conference with me?
Guests can attend the opening ceremonies, welcome reception, Chief’s Night, awards reception, and closing reception night for $150 by purchasing a guest ticket. UPDATE: the Chief's Night event is now SOLD OUT. ALL CONFERENCE DELEGATES and guests who have purchased tickets will be accommodated, but no more tickets are available for sale. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Are any meals included with my registration?
Yes, food will be served at the Corporate Partner Lunch, Chief's Night, Women Members Lunch, Minority Members Reception, and Institution by size breakfast.
What's the dress code for Chief's Night at Prospect Point?
Casual dress is expected for Chief's Night.
How can I present at #IACLEA2019?
Unfortunately, the call for proposals window has closed. Consider presenting in 2020 in New Orleans, LA. Check IACLEA.org in the fall of 2019 for more info.
Do I have to register for the conference if I'm presenting a workshop at the conference?
Yes, you must still register for the conference if you plan to attend the conference outside of your workshop. Presenters receive a $50 discount off registration.
Is housing included with my registration?
No, housing needs to be booked separately from your conference registration.
What are the official conference hotels? What are the costs of staying in each hotel?
The Hyatt Regency Vancouver (SOLD OUT) & the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. Rates begin at $259 CAD/night. Additional hotel rooms are available at Sutton Place Vancouver (a few blocks from both conference hotels). Rates at Sutton Place Vancouver begin at $365 CAD/night.
Of the two host hotels, where will the conference take place?
The conference program will be split between both hotels:
- Hyatt Regency Vancouver: Exhibit Hall, Regional Meetings, Workshops, and pre-conference training.
- Fairmont Hotel: Plenary Sessions, Corporate Partner Luncheon, Awards Reception (invitation only)

How much does it cost to exhibit at #IACLEA2019?

- Non-Member: $2,350

- Additional expo-only badges: $225
What does a booth order include?
Each booth order includes pipe and drape, (1) 6’ draped table, (2) chairs, (1) wastebasket, and (1) ID sign. It also includes (2) expo-only badges; a maximum of (2) additional badges may be purchased; full-conference badges may be purchased. It also includes (2) drink tickets (Tuesday evening reception) and (2) lunch tickets (Wednesday).
I can't attend the conference, but I’d still like to get my company’s name in front of campus public safety professionals. Are there sponsorship opportunities still available?
When will I get my booth number?
The Exhibitor Kit will be sent to you via email through the general service contractor (Levy Trade Show Services) at the beginning of May.
How many attendees are expected to attend the conference?
Overall attendance is expected to be more than 350; 80% US-based and 20% Canada and International-based.
