Is the Annual Conference still happening in light of COVID-19?
We want to assure you that IACLEA is monitoring developments regarding the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, including updates and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization. At this time, we expect to deliver the 2020 Annual Conference & Exposition as scheduled on June 22-25 (pre-conference on June 21). Updates about the conference or other IACLEA programs will immediately be communicated to those affected and to the general membership via IACLEA CONNECTIONS, iaclea.org, and other Association communications. Thank you for your extraordinary efforts to keep your campus communities safe.

Will there be a pre-conference training?
Yes! On Sunday, June 21, there will be a full-day pre-conference training focusing on hate crimes on campus. This training is an additional fee, and space is limited ($125 for members, $175 for non-members).

Can I add other items to my registration at a later date?
Yes! You can add on the pre-conference workshop or other conference activities after you purchase your conference registration by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling (855) 442-2532.
I'm attending the conference with my family. Can they attend any parts of the conference with me?
Guests can attend the opening ceremonies, welcome reception, Chief’s Night, awards reception, and closing reception night for $175 by purchasing a guest ticket.
Are any meals included with my registration?
Yes, food will be served at the Corporate Partner Lunch, Lunch with Exhibitors, Chief's Night, Women Members Lunch, and Minority Members Reception.
What's the dress code for Chief's Night?
Casual dress is expected for Chief's Night.
Is housing included with my registration?
No, housing needs to be booked separately from your conference registration.
What is the official conference hotel? What are the costs of staying in each hotel?
The Sheraton New Orleans on Canal Street is the official hotel and rates start at $179/night. Book your room today!
How can I present at #IACLEA2020?
Unfortunately, the call for proposals window has closed. Consider presenting in 2021 in Atlanta, GA. Check IACLEA.org in the fall of 2020 for more info.
Do I have to register for the conference if I'm presenting a workshop at the conference?
Yes, you must still register for the conference if you plan to attend the conference outside of your workshop. Presenters receive a $100 discount off registration.

How much does it cost to exhibit at #IACLEA2020?
- Member: $2,000
- Non-Member: $2,500
- Corner booth: Additional $350
- Additional expo-only badges: $250
What does a booth order include?
Each booth order includes pipe and drape, (1) 6’ draped table, (2) chairs, (1) wastebasket, and (1) ID sign. It also includes (2) expo-only badges; a maximum of (2) additional badges may be purchased; full-conference badges may be purchased. It also includes (2) drink tickets (Monday evening reception) and (2) lunch tickets (Tuesday).
I can't attend the conference, but I’d still like to get my company’s name in front of campus public safety professionals. Are there sponsorship opportunities still available?
When will I get my booth number?
The Exhibitor Kit will be sent to you via email through the general service contractor (Capital Convention Contractors) at the beginning of May.
How many attendees are expected to attend the conference?
Overall attendance is expected to be 550-600 and are the decision makers in campus safety!
