IACLEA Statement on UCLA Shootings

IACLEA is saddened by the latest campus shooting, which occurred today at about 10:00 a.m. PT on the campus of UCLA.
According to news reports, two people have died. Law enforcement authorities have determined it was a murder-suicide.
The shooting prompted a massive law enforcement response from campus, local and federal law enforcement, according to published reports.

IACLEA offers its heartfelt support to the UCLA Police Department and the entire university during this difficult time.
Published reports indicate that the FBI and the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives were among the responding agencies.
