IACLEA is pleased to announce that Blue Courage has signed on as an Association Corporate Partner. Blue Courage, based in Aurora, Illinois, enhances the capacity of individuals to maximize their potential and to align their purpose with the mission of their organization—all while charting a path for peak performance, leadership development, and improved well-being.

The organization’s flagship course, Blue Courage: The Heart and Mind of the Guardian, enhances the effectiveness of policing/corrections professionals at all levels of the organization. Other popular courses include HeartMath Institute’s “The Resilience Advantage” and Simon Sinek’s “Start with Why” courses. Whether in law enforcement, corrections/detention, non-sworn roles, or community leadership, Blue Courage will illuminate a path forward for you to elevate your heart-set and mindset and strengthen relationships/trust, leaving a positive impact on agency members and the communities they serve.

Blue Courage provides training and education through dynamic and impactful presentation and teaching methods in personal development, the nobility of policing, health and wellness, positive psychology, diversity and inclusion, and team building. Blue Courage joins ten other Corporate Partners who provide ongoing support for IACLEA programs and offer services and products to IACLEA member institutions. Support from IACLEA’s Corporate Partners augments the implementation of the Association’s strategic initiatives, furthers its educational mission, and enhances the ability of campus public safety agencies to protect institutions of higher education.
