We seek a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates. Please circulate the announcement via state, local, and other professional networks in which you participate.
President Ominsky announced Riseling’s retirement on March 5 via email and on CONNECTIONS. He noted, “We are committed to a thoughtful, fair, and timely process to recruit another superb executive director. We also will strive to ensure the transition is as seamless as possible and the benefits and services you expect remain first-rate.” He shared the job announcement on CONNECTIONS on April 22.
The selection committee has hired S. Renée Narloch & Associates, based in Tallahassee, Florida, a firm specializing in providing strategic, quality search services in a cost-efficient manner. The Narloch team is committed to recruiting exceptionally talented leaders for senior management positions and brings more than 25 years’ experience conducting hundreds of searches.

She has left her mark—and the changes have been of great value for IACLEA members and the campus safety profession. The Board of Directors offers its colleague and friend Sue their thanks for her one-of-a-kind contributions, steadfast dedication, and extraordinary vision.
