IACLEA is proud to be able to offer the Leadership Development Insitute: Executives training program. This course is intended for public safety executives as part of our Leadership Development Institute continuing education series. Key components of this delivery include leadership development, decision making, community partnerships development, hiring and retention, as well as wellness and resiliency. This 3-day course will be delivered by IACLEA’s nationally renowned subject matter experts and will encompass best practices, as well as emerging issues being faced by the field.
