12:00 PM EST – LIVE: Industry Challenge – Building Continuity During a Crisis

Using COVID-19 as a recent example, can we say with certainty that we successfully planned for all the challenges that were presented? No. Many folks suddenly found themselves lacking proper PPE, students abroad were on rapidly approaching deadlines, and the possibility that our staff would be cut was a sobering reality. There are several things that need to be evaluated at this crucial point. Among some of the things that we will discuss with our 2020 panel, are contingency planning for the loss of crucial job functions, proper and accessible data backup, and the difference between “on paper” and “in the field.”

Introduction:
Tim Keller, President – Northeast Region President, Securitas

Mediator:
Robert Steadman, Securitas USA Director of Training & Development
