IACLEA Releases an Intelligence Sharing Resource List

Chief Eric PlummerIACLEA has released an intelligence-sharing resource list that is available for all members to use. Developed with the support and assistance of IACLEA’s Domestic Preparedness Committee (DPC), IACLEA member agencies will find the list helpful in providing an additional level of safety and security on their campuses. IACLEA continues to work on ensuring that intelligence is shared with both sworn and non-sworn campus police and public safety.

Chief Paul DeanThe chair of IACLEA’s Domestic Preparedness Committee is Eric Plummer, Ph.D., Chief of Police at Radford University, with Paul Dean, Vice President of Finance on IACLEA’s Board of Directors and Chief of Police & Assistant Vice President for Public Safety & Risk Management at the University of New Hampshire, as the board liaison. IACLEA’s Director of Education & Leadership Development Josh Bronson is the committee’s staff liaison. The DPC is comprised of both sworn and non-sworn campus police and public safety members.

Josh BronsonThe Domestic Preparedness Committee is charged with identifying emerging trends and best practices in campus preparedness for man-made and natural disasters.

IACLEA in partnership with the East Central University’s Safety Training and Technical Assistance for Administrators, Boards, and Law Enforcement (STTAABLE) presents the Office on Violence Against Women’s Campus Program Training. These workshops are currently open and are free for all.
