Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions form part of the Exhibitor Agreement made between the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (“IACLEA”) and the Exhibitor. Please review and agree before continuing with the registration process.

Cancellation: If the contract is canceled by the exhibitor or sponsor prior to May 22, 2021, $50 of the total fee will be forfeited; all other fees will be refunded. For cancellations after May 22, 2021, no refunds will be made. All cancellations must be provided in writing.  Written cancellation must be sent to exhibits@iaclea.org.

Exhibitor Eligibility: All exhibits and related demonstrations and presentations shall serve the interests of IACLEA members. Devices that are designed for surreptitious oral or wire interception are not permitted. IACLEA reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company, product, or service for inclusion in the exhibition. IACLEA reserves the right to remove or prohibit any exhibit in whole, in part, or any Exhibitor or representatives that in its opinion are not in keeping with the character and purpose of the trade show.

Exhibitor “Kit”: Exhibitors will receive electronic information from the event producer.

Exhibitor Listing: Exhibitors receive a listing in the exhibit section for the IACLEA Annual Conference & Exposition (“Show”) if payment is received IN FULL by June 1, 2021.

Deadline: Exhibitor is responsible for providing all artwork, videos, documents and other assets for their virtual booth and supplier guide.  All assets must be received by the June 1, 2021.  Those received after the deadline are not guaranteed inclusion in all conference and supplier guide features.

Suitcasing and/or Outboarding:  IACLEA considers the practices of Suitcasing and/or Outboarding to be unethical business conduct and strictly prohibits both practices. Suitcasing refers to the practice of companies or persons who go to shows as attendees but "work the virtual aisles", soliciting business from other attendees and exhibitors. Only official exhibitors and sponsors may use the IACLEA Annual Conference as a platform to solicit business. All violations will be directed to the IACLEA Board for penalties and sanctions against the violating company. Exhibiting companies are encouraged to protect their investment and report any violations immediately to IACLEA Show Management.
