IACLEA Leadership Institutes 2021

IACLEA Leadership Institutes 2021

As part of its Training Program, IACLEA offers a Leadership Series--with two institutes designed to support current and future leaders achieving excellence. Each will convene in sessions during April 2021, virtually on IACLEA's Online Education Center.

First-Line Supervisor Institute

April 7-28, 2021, Virtually on IACLEA's Online Education Center

The Institute is developed for current and aspiring first-line supervisors. This could include senior officers, mid-level supervisors, corporals, and sergeants. It is a useful course for individuals recently promoted to those positions and a valuable preparatory course for those seeking to advance to supervisory roles.

IACLEA offers the only Institute for first-line public safety and law enforcement supervisors working on college and university campuses.

Registration is open. Registration for the First-Line Supervisor Institute closes on April 1st!

Executive Development Institute

This Institute is the only leadership training developed specifically for campus public safety leaders. The 2021 curriculum will include principles of leadership, managing staff, effective communications, accountability, organizational management, and other valuable sessions!

Chiefs and directors: EDI is tailored for you. But it is also a valuable investment in the professional development of standout members of your leadership team. If you cultivate leaders within your agency and want to boost the leadership potential of your most talented staff, then EDI is for those personnel.
